Youtube Quality crisis: SPAM, Ads and Misleading contents/caption

Most of techies or Computer using professionals, Users generally spends 1/2 hour to 1 hour avg on Youtube, rather 4-5 hour on weekly basis. Have you noticed in recent times Quality crisis? I mean Advertisements are still fine, they are revenue making for Google but SPAM contents , SPAM captions and misleading quotes, contents etc.

Although i don't follow IPL yesterday I missed inning of Sehwag and Raina so I went on to YouTube searching under different context to find out highlights of match I found lots of videos, When i quickly started clicking every video I got to know the fact that most infect majority was SPAM, Some rubbish, random videos were put with actual picture to generate hits fr their channel, create the reputations or whatever reasons. There were videos of games play, some of old cricketing videos, some really rubbish content and some were blank videos. Then i search down for official channels and to tell you, I could not find IPL 7 official channel on first page. I thought that's because and only in cricket but i found it for any real possible events which has expected high search. Football, cricket, Narendra modi, Some recent hot documentaries & songs, are few more.

Its not only YouTube of Google's fault The SPAM companies use the search index and popularity of such platform to mislead people and what is their aim. This is basically nothing but creating more hits subscribers with misleading contents, Google and YouTube paying policies are on per view, If certain channel is getting certain hits for every video it gains reputation in YouTube and Google pays you for that ? now what about SPAM mark? BTW how many will actually do that ? Is that number going to disturb? so that's the loophole
You don't mark spam it goes and grows bigger and hurts you again. That's why Google request you to help in managing appropriate contents. follow the link how to mark it

Now what Google can do to help this They will have to strengthen their policy of videos, They can be more strict on caption and caption Text with relevancy with content.Most important there is no SPAM for channel If i can mark the channel as SPAM, It will not allow people to post falsely as they know all their efforts may sack down by YouTube any time.or Not showing Channels whom I already spammed, These all are suggestions Google has more better technology, telnet to think, discuss and resolve these issues which i hope will bring quickly, additionally I also hope to have leverage in ads shown by them reduction in unnecessary ads to some extent to improve the quality.
